Thank this guy. Gray Powell, who is a software engineer for Apple, was recently celebrating his birthday in a Redwood City bar when he left behind a next gen iPhone prototype, which he had been testing. Tech blog Gizmodo got their hands on the phone and posted about it. Sadly, they weren't able to actually see it in action before Apple bricked it and asked for it back. Here is a picture of the phone as well as a list of some changes coming to the 4th iPhone, according to Gizmodo:

What's new:
• Front-facing video chat camera
• Improved regular back-camera (the lens is quite noticeably larger than the iPhone 3GS)
• Camera flash
• Micro-SIM instead of standard SIM (like the iPad)
• Improved display. It's unclear if it's the 960x640 display thrown around before—it certainly looks like it, with the "Connect to iTunes" screen displaying much higher resolution than on a 3GS.
• What looks to be a secondary mic for noise cancellation, at the top, next to the headphone jack • Split buttons for volume
• Power, mute, and volume buttons are all metallic

What's changed:
• The back is entirely flat, made of either glass (more likely) or ceramic or shiny plastic in order for the cell signal to poke through. Tapping on the back makes a more hollow and higher pitched sound compared to tapping on the glass on the front/screen, but that could just be the orientation of components inside making for a different sound
• An aluminum border going completely around the outside
• Slightly smaller screen than the 3GS (but seemingly higher resolution)
• Everything is more squared off
• 3 grams heavier
• 16% Larger battery
• Internals components are shrunken, miniaturized and reduced to make room for the larger battery

The show is produced by the guys who brought you Entourage (Marky Mark Wahlberg). It's about two guys trying to make it in the NY fashion industry, stars Bryan Greenberg and Victor Rasuk, and features Scott "KiD CuDi" Mescudi in a supporting role. I personally don't think it's that big of a deal because A) he never explicitly said she should have lost, he simply said Beyonce's video was one of the best of all time, and B) Does anybody even really care about/respect those awards? They're pretty much a joke. I mean, half of the Best NEW Artist nominees have been making music for some time now. When I watched UFC 94, Bj Penn vs George St. Pierre, i was literally astounded at the ease in which St. Pierre was able to continuously pass Penn's guard and in doing so, beat the shit out of him. As a jiu jitsu practitioner I have become very familiar with the Bj Penn's accomplishments which lead to the motivation behind his nickname "The Prodigy." He was the first American to win the World Jiu Jitsu Championship and has been known for his amazing leg dexterity and flexibility. He is a true fighter with a will that won't quit. That is the reason for this post. All MMA fans should know what transpired on that night and these videos go into detail about the event and what exactly happened. I recently stumbled across these t-shirts from FreeDarko.com. I thought these were fitting, considering the Playoffs are going on right now and the consensus seems to be a Cavs-Lakers Finals (Go Lake Show). The easiest way for car manufacturers to market themselves is through TV commercials. Usually, though, they have about 30 seconds with which to cram in all the statistics and impressive stuff about their car that they want you to know. That's not enough time for some friendly (or not) ribbing on the competition.

Billboards, on the other hand, are always there. But, they're only effective if they've got something catchy on them.

Enter Audi, masters of marketing (what new movie doesn't have an Audi in it?). The four circles ad had a new A4 with the tagline: "You're move, BMW"

Bavaria's response across the street? The M3, along with a single word: "Checkmate."

Kind of hard to come back from that, but Audi shifted gears and went with their beast, the R8, along with "Time to check your luxury badge. It may have expired." The only problem I have with this is that Audi chose to go with the R8, their most sport oriented car....

BMW decided they had owned their German counterparts enough, and gave the billboard space to Barneys, the department store. Audi, let's just stick to the Transporter series, shall we?
