Dr. Dre is doin' work.

I gotta start off with Dre's headphones, Beats by Dr. Dre. You may have seen them around...these headphones are definitely off the hook. They're manufactured by Monster Cable, a major manufacturer of electronics cables. They've been called the Bentley of headphones, and with a price tag of $349.95, you would hope they live up to that. They've been getting some advertising from artists being seen with them (and extensive use in our local Apple store), so they must be doing something right. You can get them from the online store at their site here. All you aspiring DJ's out there need to hook up a pair of these. Next, I hear Dr. Dre's long awaited, highly anticipated album Detox is supposed to drop real soon, but we'll see about that (maybe he's feeling the pressure after Guns N' Roses finally dropped Chinese Democracy). Also, he recently signed a deal with Drinks Americas Holdings Ltd. to release "Aftermath Cognac and a line of 80-proof flavored and unflavored sparkling vodkas" to coincide with the release of Detox (I know, slight contradiction).
